I got it and have only played it once. There is nothing in ot that is enthusing me to try again. 'Run of the mill' decribses it perfectly.

Lego Batman. Thanks to this bloody game my Dsi XL is never out of my hands! Addictive to say the least.
NBA Jam. Sublime. Unless your using the pointless motion controls.

As well as enjoying a bit of Fallout - New Vegas, I stuck on the N64 and indulged in a bit of Diddy Kong Racing! I forgot what an ace little game it is....way better than Mario Kart 64!
I also played a bit of Netherworld on the Speccy, and a couple of new releases for it too....

I don't remember that item. I DO remember fighting them over and over for an item called 'Celesrtriad', an accessory that reduces all MP costs to just 1, deadly when combined with Ultimallj wrote:Ahh, memories on my FFVI days when I went to the northern forest to find Brachiosaurs for economizers.Megamixer wrote:Trying to gather items for the alchemy aspect of Dragon Quest IX but it's hard going thanks to the horrible drop-rate that the monsters have. For example, I killed over a 100 of one type of monster and it still didn't drop the item I needed.

Retro is a state of mind, and cares not for your puny concepts like dates and calendars.

Spent a good few hours on Gun for the Cube today.
Completed 40% of the game and really enjoyed playing it.

Just Cause 2 - This game is boring the living hell out of me now. The game area is just TOO big. There's times where you can face a 10 minute flight to get to your next destination, when does that get fun? The sheer amount of things to do also takes away any feeling of progression.

Shadow of the Colossus. I've gotten as far as the 9th Colossi IIRC but no memory card means each replay gets longer. TBH I don't mind as it's nice seeing each creature again.

Vanquish.
Goodness me, some of those Pangloss statues are well hidden to say the least.

Agreed, especially the time sensitive ones.

Frontline Defense 2, I got absolutley pummeled towards the end of level 12 so I'm grinding on the earlier levels for some extra cash.

Can't beat Scurge: Hive, 'cause of that damned final boss. Just haven't got the patience for his final form.
So, onto one of these three now: Avalon Code, Infinite Space or FF: 4 Heroes of Light.
Which one, guys?
