Sin & Punishment 2 - Right, this game is Ace. Bloody difficult, but ace. Glad I picked it up now

Re: What are you currently playing?
The Thing on Xbox (via 360). Don't know why, but I first had this game not long after it was released, I never got on with it, found it too fiddly and didn't like the graphics but I've been playing the last hour and a bit and am loving it, it's absolutely gripping and super-atmospheric (the atmos is incredibly close to the film). It also looks pretty nice thru HD. Only thing I could really fault it on is some fiddly squad and combat control and the almost comical feel of the "mini-Things" (they look really cute and funny in the first person 'aim' mode!)
Anyway, best 95p I've spent in a long time, so glad I revisited it and actually have a chance to give it a proper go.

Re: What are you currently playing?
Been playing some Neo Geo games on Wii, really been getting into Sengoku 3, wow what a game!!
I've been on a beat 'em up binge fro a while now and this kinda shows up everything else I've been playing. The graphics are just insanely gorgeous, so detailed, especially at native resolution. I have never seen an AES hooked up via RGB in the flesh but tonight has given me a good taste of just how bloody good it looks. I really makes me want to buy one, but I really can't afford it!

Splitting my time between:
Dante's Inferno - PS3 Finished my first playthrough on Sunday, nearly finished my second playthrough yesterday too. Playing the game again to pick up some trophies + just enjoying reaming the enemies with a nearly fully powered Dante
FEAR 2 - 360 Wow much better than the original, far more varied and tight.

With very little money at the moment I thought I should go back and gyve Red Dead another go. Maybe not, still annoying with the controls. Shooting on horseback across outback always leads me into a cactus tree in which I get stuck and become a sitting duck. Sorry, just can't get on with this
Re: What are you currently playing?
I spent a good 3 hours on Zelda 2 for NES yesterday but got frustrated with how unfair it can be in the later stages the experience points system is quite frankly gash. So then I decided to slot in some Pirates! and lost 4 hours of my life! Incredibly deep and detailed for a NES game and makes me want to be a pirate.

Batman - Arkham Asylum on the 360...
Awesome game, and the best superhero one in ages! The trailer for the sequel suggests that it'll be pretty damn good too...

About to finish Red Dead Redemption. I always had a thing for the Old West and this game delivers in almost everything I could want in such a game.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Darkness on the DS. Started off with a 'meh' reaction to it but quite into the game now and enjoying it immensely
Anybody know if Explorers of Time is identical or does it have a different storyline?

Retro is a state of mind, and cares not for your puny concepts like dates and calendars.

Is it me or is it hard to see your ship and things you are supposed to avoid on some levels?
