Silent Hill (PS1). Haven't played this since the PS1 days and it's definitely hard to go back to crappy tank controls! Got owned by dogs and flying demon things fairly quickly. Still, it's been SO long since i played it, that the game is (almost) a fresh experience.
Retro is a state of mind, and cares not for your puny concepts like dates and calendars.

Currently replaying the "Wolfendoom" total conversion series of 16 singleplayer mods for Doom 2 which act as a continuation of sorts of the Wolfenstein 3D story / campaign. Playing something released 25 years ago completely puts it in the retro category and has been an absolute blast to play through again. Really damn good stuff.
If you want to follow in my footsteps, you will need the updated versions of the mods which have been fixed to work with more modern Doom sourceports (eg zdoom, GZDoom etc):
https://forum.zdoom.org/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=48518
Due to the sheer amount of them, expect that delving into them is like jumping down the rabbit hole, as well as a glimpse into an alternate reality where id Software had stuck with Wolfenstein 3D rather than Doom and later Quake.

Switch - Gear Club. Like Drive club with ps3 visuals and arcadey handling. Very short races but superb for pick up and play.
Switch - God Eater 3 I just started this and I've no idea what's really going on other than loads of massive weapons and monsters. I'm hoping it comes together soon. Looks great though.
Thoughts and prayers.

This one's a port of a free to play mobile game if anyone wants to try it. I played it for a bit and it was pretty good, but the F2P waiting for races to be available got a bit much. The Switch version does away with those things, obviously, but the iOS/Android games are a good taster.

More PS1 Silent Hill. Combat is still annoying but a guy at work reminded me that the melee weapons were actually OP in this game. The knife is crap but the pipe has proved excellent for putting down the dogs (once you get the timing right). Really getting back into it now.
Afterwards, I will play SH2...for the first time ever! Can't believe I've still not played the game after all the years and hype, but I'm looking forward to it. I've had the Director's Cut for the PS2 buried on the shelf for the best part of a decade (or more!) now...

A note about this.
Keep the volume up, or use headphones, you don't need to fight anything not in the way. 3 is also worth playing.
Also Ironically the PS2 version is the only one worth playing.
Only thing that drags it down is the keypad "Puzzle" three random numbers, only clue is they are the only lit buttons

Star Wars Squadrons.
It's a modern take on X-Wing. And I'm loving it.

Tetris on MAME for the gaming league.
Tony Hawks 1&2 on Xbone.
Went to play some Wreckfest last night only to discover it had a 4 Gig update to download first. Seems that option in the settings to download updates in the background wasn't worth the paper it was written on.
So ended up playing a couple of games of Fifa 20 Ultimate Team.

Still playing Genshin impact, ran out of story missions and am now seemingly just trying to max out my teams stats. Its irritating that as the world level goes up, so do enemies but the EXP stays the same
The daily missions keep me playing.
Currently AR40
Then I unlock a new character that uses a bow

Starting to get into Monster Hunter now. It does get challenging at times but on the flip side finally taking a 'boss' monster down that previously seemed beyond your abilities is very satisfying.
