Having said that, I have bust out Metroid Prime for the first time in about 10 years. The control scheme is immense; I forgot intuitive it was. I also had a quick blast on killer7, a bit of a wild ride, and very much an autuer game, it seems to deconstruct a lot of game mechanics. But the presentation is so intruiging/obtuse I just have to keep going
Both great games. Metroid Prime is a masterpiece, and Killer 7 a unique experience.

Got back into my Apple TV. Think I’ll use it much more since I’ve got a lot of good games for it now

Curse of castilla is so much easier on it. Still a tough SOB and I’m still not off level 1 but must be near the end !

Oof. I got the PS4 Megadrive collection some time ago and decided to try to go through every game at least once. That was a real low point, a genuinely terrible game with not a single redeeming feature! Funny because I remember loving Miracle World on the Master System as a kid. I'm sure it was the better game even now.
Yeah I much preferred miracle world on the master system. One of those games that was for once better than the equivalent mega drive game.
I actually really enjoy Alex Kidd In The Enchanted Castle!

Was Miracle World the game that came built in to the Master System?

It certainly was the one that was built in.

Last night I had a Go of Power Rangers: Battle for the grid.
I tried to play a Ranked Match but couldn't find an opponent sadly.
I think I will be playing it again, maybe try to finish Arcade Mode at least once!

I got it from the XBOX Game Pass thingo. 8)

Strider 2 (Master system) - total tosh,
Monkey hero - To dark, cant see anything
Jade cocoon - Its like a dull Pokemon

Got Fable TLC running on my laptop, annoyingly doesnt seem to have controller support but got by fine.

Dunno why but regardless ofvthe PC its installed on the Hero always seems to age incredibly fast so when ever he's not wearing armour he looks like about twice the age of his own mother.

Started replaying OG Resident evil 2
Enjoying it more than the remake as the characters dont feel as useless and no big lug getting in the way every few seconds when your trying to solve a puzzle (YET!)

Gonna start playing TIF2003 (This is Football) through the PS3 and film it and put it on youtube I've decided.
Just played my first 2 games, but only filmed from the end of the first game.
Would of loved to have a third game but the camera would of ran out of batteries.

Yeah, that game really should have been left as a Megadrive exclusive, where you could at least somewhat excuse the fact that it seems to have appropriated none of the lessons in RPG design of the past two decades.

Shame really, as you can tell that it was a massive labour of love for those involved.

Finally starting on Omikron
Can be a bit janky when it goes into shooting mode and outright kills ya because your playing with a pad and the mouse is used to aim

Also spent about an hour trying to get it to go into windowed mode.
Had to use a 3rd party app

If only they spent a bit longer on making the combat interesting, its where a LOT of RPG's fail
