Deathchase was the game my speccy owning friend would put on if his mum was coming back soon and we didn't have too much time to play after school. Needless to say he was a LOT better than me at it.

not getting the love for deathchase, clearly an RG mag favourite but just a Return of the Jedi speed biker homage to me.

What more could you want from a game? I can't think of another game that replicates how that feels in the movie. There have been ones that tried (even some official ones like the GC Rogue Squadron game), but they never quite transferred as well as Deathchase did.

That Atari version looks weird. The bendy trees look well dodgy. If they'd tilted the horizon to match them it might have looked like the bike was leaning, but with a horizontal horizon it looks like they've entered the world of Mr Soft, with them flopping about.
