Just from hazy memory, but I'm sure it was the same team using a version of the game engine. I may be wrong, though, but that's what sticks in my mind.

I think it was Smilebit - which had veterns from Team Andromeda - who did GV, as opposed to Sonic Team who made BR.
Not 100% sure though...

Sonic Tam did do Burning Rangers.
Fantastic game, my fiance bought it home a couple of days before Fathers Day last year, I had to persuade her to let me have it early as I was eager to play it.
She got it for £25 in Gamestation, which i didn't think was too bad.

I think that's about the same I paid for it on ebay a couple of years ago.
