Burning Rangers!

Yeah I know its mega-cheesy but damn I loved that game! :D Why was there no sequel? Whats the inside story of how Sonic Team made it? Has Retro Gamer ever wrote an article on it or ever will?

Sigh...but despite these burning questions..."I just smile!" :D

I keep seeing that on ebay whilst trawling for Saturn stuff, often for silly money

I too tend to be very cautious of second-handy or dodgey-looking games. I like to think of all my games as collected artworks! :D

Considering they wanted £20 for it and I cant afford to waste my money on things I may not like. Its my Opinion that it looked duff, others may be very fond of it. If it cost only a couple of quid then maybe I might have brought it

Opinions seem to be split over Burning Rangers, I like it a lot, so do quite a lot of reviewers, others don't like it so much.

If you can find it for a reasonable price try it. I recommend playing with the 3D analogue pad, it's much better that way.

Here's a fairly detailed review: LINK

I may try and get both in a bundle off ebay, but it may be a while as Ive got to get my cash together to pay for Dracula x. Burning Rangers no longer seems that bad, I might try for the Jap version as opposed to Pal as the box art looks cool on the jap version

It can entertain and frustrate in equal measure. On the whole it is well worth buying for the sheer ambition of it.

Is the 3D pad mentioned the same as the one that came with Nights?

I would assume so as its the only one thats ever refferd to as a 3D pad. They did come sepreate from nights aswell as in the bundle and you could proberly grab one off ebay for less than a fiver

It was short'n'easy, though there was bound to be a few bits that we'd all get stuck on. Wilvern was quite a spectacular boss, though.

Gun Valkyrie was the sequel, IIRC
