Endorsements aren"t really the same thing - there's billions of those.
Is my memory playing tricks with me, or does Mikhail Gorbachev pop up in one of the Street Fighter IIs?
Either him or a very, very close imitation anyway. Must be a cut-scene related to Zangief.
