Only when they're playing Man Utd, although in all honesty I'd prefer both of them to lose, unfortunately the F.A. still haven't come up with a rule for that... useless bastards

Joking aside, do you really think Andy Carroll was worth 35mil, or do you reckon someone misplaced a decimal point just as the deal went through?

In all honesty I don't know... it could just be 1st season jitters... he can't end up worse than Crouch or Morientes.... can he??

I'm a typical Liverpool supporter I won't give up on a player until all hope is lost, he's got next season to prove himself, I was the same with Vladimir Smicer, everyone said he was useless.. his last match for us was the 2005 CL final, and look what he did there, he left the club a legend and he certainly won't be forgotten in a hurry..

Being in the US I didn't get Super Play or Sega Saturn Magazine (my top 2 favorites today).

So I grew up loving GameFan and EGM. Still got the early to mid 90s issues today, and once in a blue moon I flip through them. Still fun and good stuff, I say.

DC-Uk - though I didn't get every issue (don't remember why - probably money).

I remember like Arcade as well. but again don't think I bought it much - if at all

I loved Total and Super Play. Total, because the humour and pixelated cartoon writers appealed to my 13 year old self. Super Play, for any number of reasons, such as the superb anime style covers, the fact the price was in Yen as well as pounds, the quality of writing and reviews and the reports from Japan.

Which I also respect and laugh at in equal measure! Love the backing players get, sometimes though, it is horrifically misguided.

Official PlayStation Magazine for me. Loved reading that mag, and playing the demo disks especially the Net Yaroze stuff.

Without a shadow of doubt it's Zzap!64. Zzap was and is my favourite magazine. I bought it religiously. I don't think I ever got a sub and instead had to rely on my local news agent keeping me a copy which they always did.

Another mag I'd pick up reasonably often when growing up was Look-In....

Quality pop magazine
