Alot of good channels mentioned here some of which i already follow and some i will check out. I'd list some, but it would be a list without end as there are so many good channels, Youtube is an awesome place for retro goodness.

This.

CGR is just great. Not a PURE retro channel though, he does both old AND new games, and is very random about which game will be next.

And as ShadowNeku says, Mark (main guy, does most of the narration/whatever) is really great. VERY easy to listen to and is very skilled at this. It's really hard to NOT like the guy. I'll gladly watch even reviews of games I already know I hate (like Mass Effect) if it's one of his reviews, cause I know it'll still be really freaking entertaining.

He's also a very POSITIVE reviewer and tends to like all sorts of things.... a really nice change from alot of professional reviewers at IGN or whatever.

So long as you dont look too hard at the comments sections, anyway. Might lose IQ points that way.

I've never used youtube for this sort of thing at all. This thread has been an absolute revelation for me. Many thanks to everybody for all the links.

I'd recommend the Retro Hunters, their episodes are on Screwattack now but the archive is still on Youtube.

Aside from that I watch Classic Game Room a lot, and I have retroware tv bookmarked. Again not youtube but have some great videos. I particularly like Happy Video Game Nerd and 16-Bit Gems
