The games looks great, the conversion is lovely... but the controls are killing it for me, those back screen touch controls are really unresponsive and my fingers just don't wanna go there with any fluidity. Touching different areas for Sprint, melee, grenades and so forth is just not working for me. I tried the remap but whatever functions I put there just aren't cutting it. It's spoiling it for me. My other gripe is that the menu graphics are just too small to read properly. The various equip screens etc I'm squinting at and my eyesight is fine. I want to like this. I really do
Try the layout that maps powers to left touch and grenades to right touch. That way you can sprint, jump, melee and interact with ease. You should only need to use powers and grenades sparingly and the touches work for me without a problem :)

Totally jealous of Neptunia, Morkin! I'll have to see about getting my own copy soon. I still have to buy Conception and that other JRPG looking one...

Received killzone through the post and I'm really enjoying it.
It seems a really solid shooter and the graphics that this has are absolutely amazing for a vita.
Really impressed.

I bought Fez last week and am knee deep in it. I got quite far in the XBLA version so I'm really going to try and finish it on the Vita. Am loving it so far but that's no suprise as I loved it before.

I'm reviewing it now. I don't think it's very good. nice level design ruined by clumsy touch controls :(

Ach, that's a shame. It happens so often on the Vita too, perhaps developers should just ignore that function completely. Tearaway and LittleBigPlanet aside, I can't think of any other example where it's worked well on the machine.

Still ploughing away at Ys, such a fantastic little game.

Contemplating buying Conception II, has anyone played it? If so what are your thoughts?

How does everyone feel about all the news spilling out re: Sony only supporting Remote Play / PS Now with some back up from the indies from now on?

There is a fair amount of backlash going on, I'm just not sure how that really reflects on how the console is actually doing.

To be honest, even if they stopped making Vita games now, with three small children I've got enough to keep me going for some time. Borderlands 2 alone is going to take me months if at all. Need to return to Little Big Planet for the downloadable content etc. Plus, I love the indie content, TkX etc, and picking up some fantastic games on PS Plus. I've also got myself a 64g card which is absolutely the way forward.

However, it is always nice to know your console is being supported and developed for.

Feels like Sony have dropped the Vita a lot quicker than they dropped the PSP, which would be a shame if true.
