Re: Playstation Vita games discussion thread
I just bought need for Speed most wanted.after watching all the videos I'm quite disappointed with the graphics as they don't in my eyes look anywhere near my ps3 version.great game though so I should forgive it that.
I realise it's not as powerful as a ps3 just not that far off

decided to order Army Corps of Hell and LBP off of Amazon. Might pre-order Tearaway too.
Really liking my Vita, but getting concerned that after a few upcoming titles nothing much is announced for 2014 (excluding indie/download games). There is stuff coming out in Japan, but how much makes it our way....

Me and my brother are after a good racing game, preferable a Rally game?
Has anyone tried out WRC4 for the vita yet? If so, impressions?

You can download the demo and try it out.samhain81 wrote:Me and my brother are after a good racing game, preferable a Rally game?

It handles and sounds great but the graphics are pretty poor. Wipeout 2048 is still the best racing game on the Vita I reckon.

I'm just downloading Strangers Wrath, looking forward to getting my teeth into that after Rayman which has taken up all my handheld gaming time for the last month. Considering trying for the platinum...
I think the Vita is just about my favourite handheld ever and PS+ just makes it even better!

Just got dj max and was stung for £14. Not using play Asia again.
Re: Playstation Vita games discussion thread
Import tax? Funny because I've ordered packages of multiple games from Playasia before and not had to pay anything so it must be completely random.Darran@Retro Gamer wrote:Just got dj max and was stung for £14. Not using play Asia again.
Unless 'stung' refers to the game being crap?

New game announcement.
http://nisamerica.com/pressreleases/Nep ... 1023pb.pdfHYPERDIMENSION NEPTUNIA PP (WORKING TITLE) TO HIT NORTH AMERICA AND EUROPE IN 2014!
Santa Ana, Calif. (October 23, 2013) NIS America is proud to announce the acquisition of Hyperdimension Neptunia PP (working title) for the PlayStation®Vita system for both North American and European markets in 2014. This title has a planned release for both retail and PSN formats. Developed by IDEA FACTORY and COMPILE HEART, the fan-favorite Hyperdimension Neptunia CPU goddesses are back, and this time it is your job to guide them to become Gamindustri’s most popular and up-and-coming idols!
About the game:
The player takes on the role of the main character, who happens to fall into Gamindustri and is immediately hired by one of the four CPUs—Neptune, Noire, Blanc, and Vert—to be their producer and manage their idol careers. Get your training wheels on, ladies, because a new producer is in town and the fate of Gamindustri hangs in the balance! Will you be able to properly raise these CPUs into idols, or will their citizens be stolen away from them by the popular idol group MOB- 48!? Teach these girls to sing, dance, and properly promote themselves to the general populace thanks in part to your expertise in training video game idols back on Earth. As the girls’ popularity rises, they will be able to join one another in singing duets, or maybe even come together for a full ensemble!

I am balls deep right now into Little Kings Story for the PSV - This game is definately worth the investment.
Anyone know if its any different to the Wii version?

I know it's technically inferior with a duff frame rate and other issues, but am not sure if it has new content. It's on my to 'buy when it's less than a tenner' list.samhain81 wrote:I am balls deep right now into Little Kings Story for the PSV - This game is definately worth the investment.

That's what I don't get though because none of my PA packages have ever come with import tax and they've been for more than £14 worth of goods. Heck, the last thing I had from there was over £100 and it came through tax-freeflatapex wrote:i'm guessing as a business they labelled its value as the amount you paid and didnt mark it as a gift thenDarran@Retro Gamer wrote:Import tax
