If it's anything like the way they did it with Deathsmiles, then probably not.

.....which is a little annoying, because now that I think about it, alot of you actually have a LOCALIZED copy of DDP:DFK, dont you? We didnt get that here in the States, so I indeed had to import. Might not really be comparing scores with many in THAT game then, bah.

I'm not sure but I suspect not, because the console sees the JAP version and the PAL version as different games - they did the same thing with Deathsmiles it was listed as Deathsmiles PAL. I'll check tonight

Far as I know, I'm TwoHeadedBoy32. Shooty-stuff I have includes Deathsmiles, Ikaruga, and several indie things. Do the indies let you compare scores?

I went and sent you and BatxRadar there a friend request.

I'm losing track of who I now have listed on this thing and who I dont.

Also, whoever invented the 360's Controller of Pathetic Sorrows needs to be fired. And then banished. To Jupiter.

Ye gods, I hate this thing so very, very much.

Id like a jap 360 to go alongside my PAL one so I can play all the excellent shooters that dont get region free releases..

Where would I locate such a thing? ebay was a no go, so would it be a case of importing one.. is this expensive to do?

Also would I need a separate xbox live ID for that console or can I use my existing one? And lastly Will I be able to play / compare scores online?

Trying to find a Japanese seller on Ebay is generally the best way to do it but they're normally well hidden, when I picked mine up I probably saved £150 doing it this way!! Other than that Play-Asia have always got them listed but be aware that'll you have to pay at least £50 import duty on top of the price they sell them at - not cheap I'm afraid :( I'm not trying to put you off mate it's well worth it :D You'll be able to use your UK gamer tag and compare hi scores with other friends playing the Jap versions of the games. Unfortunately JAP highscore tables and Pal release tables are seperate (Deathsmiles and Dodonpachi Resurrection) That's nowt a piece of paper and a pen can't remedy :D
