The first is a Sega Videogame Illustrations book that someone posted a picture a while ago. One appeared on eBay some months ago & it ended up going for quite a lot of money. I think I chickened out when bids went past £90! And more recently, the Skyrim CE Guide, which I stupidly didn't preorder & now they appear on ebay for £60+.

Well, there are a lot of games I want that are available, but outta my price range. Some of these games also aren't so rare or expensive, but are generally limited in quantities when it comes to my typical buying habits, which is mostly done on foot.

Devil Hunter Yohko
Alien Soldier
Bare Knuckle 3 (jp)
Pulseman
Yu Yu Hakusho
SNES:
Metal Warriors
Ranma 1/2 Hard Battle
Wild Guns
PS1:
Suikoden 2
DC:
Capcom vs SNK 2
Last Blade 2 (jp)
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure (jp)
PS2:
Outrun 2006
Wizardry Tale of the Forsaken land
Chaos Wars
GBA: Ninja 5-0/Cop
These are the ones that come to mind right now.

Re: Game Hunting - What Games are you Trying to Acquire?
I'm still trying to track down the Chinese Limited Edition Megaman X8. I forever check the usual places (Amazon China, Taobao) but its never in stock. Sadly the closest to finding it was last week where I had a dream where I found it on a Japanese auction site, and even then I still didn't manage to get it
Other than that I'm slowly tracking down more Amiga Capcom ports for my Capcom Collection. I finally managed to get Black Tiger last month and am now trying to find Ghosts n Goblins and 1943. I'm also slowly dipping in and out of getting more Game and Watch handhelds - Greenhouse and Fire (New Widescreen) are the next two I'd like to get once I save a bit more money up.

As they are so rare, boxed Mattel Aquarius cartridges are my collecting holy grail. In the last 4 years I've manage to aquire just three!
I also collect non-commodore Vic 20 cartridge games - Thorn Emi/ AtariSoft etc. Again hard to find, but not quite as hard as the Aquarius games.

Personally, i'm just looking for Gamecube games i don't yet own. Getting harder to find stuff now....

Re: Game Hunting - What Games are you Trying to Acquire?
Rayman on Jaguar, MoHo on Dreamcast, not much really.
Re: Game Hunting - What Games are you Trying to Acquire?
I should also add that I've been looking everywhere for a complete steelbook CE of Soul Calibur IV for ages now but it's much rarer than I thought and usually stupidly expensive or missing either the DVD or character booklet. Wish I'd owned a PS3 when it originally came out!
