It's not so much what he says as the attitude behind it. This is a community board. One man's "fun" can be another man's pain in the arse. When you get that situation there has to be compromise for the community overall, not the standard "tough sh1t" response from a selfish retard. If he wants that he needs his own forum where he can do what he wants.
