'95 is just as bad with Saisyu Kusanagi then Rugal

. '96 was soooo much more enjoyable.

Sticking with KOF though...Magaki from XI, Zero/Igniz from 2001 and also Mizuchi from NeoGeo Battle Coliseum...URGH!
