Alternative Software & Zeppelin Games had quite a few if I recall.

Graeme Souness Soccer Manager & Popeye, Count Duckula & Postman Pat games all spring to mind. I'm sure there were loads though.

(of course the homebrew scene is still going pretty strongly! )

There was a thread similar to this recently in the Games section of the World of Spectrum forums. I can't get into them right now but it was about the final full price commercially available games. It shouldn't be too far through the pages of the forum. I recall quite a few suggestions of late games there.

I'm pretty sure Championship 3D Snoooker (by Zeppelin) came out either the end of 1992 or sometime in 1993 too, it was the last Speccy game I actually bought new.

I'm sure Popeye 3 was one of the dying games too... As well as "Playdays"...

Some of the stuff that appeared AFTER the "End", as it was, was actually VERY VERY impressive. Prince of Persia, for example.
