the mortal kombat announcer is particulairly bad \muffeld as well

Funnily enough I was going to nominate the one in Burnout Paradise.

Street Fighter Alpha 3 definitely has my vote, followed closely by Real Bout Fatal Fury Special.

When you think you've got problems you don't really need,
They're maybe not as bad as they seem,
Cos in a world full of misery, with hatred and greed,
Your problems are another man's dream.

There was this smug and sarcastic Scottish announcer on Theme Park World for the PS1 that became very annoying very quickly.

The grunts and noises made by the characters on Civilisation Revolution (360) are pretty annoying too. Give me plain old text any day!

Any game that thinks it's 'extreme' and has an announcer being all 'dude' and 'wooah man' is annoying. 'radical!'
Usually Snowboard / ATV / racing games

The guy giving you instructions in Midtown Madness 3 while you're working in Paris - I just hope his French accent is deliberately bad!

Alan Green in Olympic Soccer - cheer up you miserable git!

Co-driver in the original Sega Rally, if only for the fact that when he says 'maybe', it sounds like 'baby' and it's like he's flirting!

I think the problem is that they've got a Japanese voice actor trying to sound American - why not just get an American (or at least a Canadian  )?

I loved that guy! "Your park has precious few features. It's like Norfolk. With a gate."

Anyhoo, I'll nominate the narrator from Eledees on the Wii. That game has the most absymal voice acting I've ever heard anywhere.
