What have you learned from this?
That theres a considerable difference between Sonic the hedgehog and Golden Axe 3!

And also to look inside before buying... Wise advice from the guy who bought the Megadrive version of Outrun with other bits and bobs for £2 and found there was no cartridge inside... :P

back when i had a ps2 i would check for disk dammage but sometimes at a car boot i would find 2 games in one case and close. it before the seller could see that he was seiing a really good game and an even better game for £2 and ther were some real bargins £2 for star wars force unleased and battlefront 2 was one.

as far as cahrtity shops go alot of them leave disks and such in case leading to alot of goits nicking the disk i mean come on its a couple of quid and theyre never that rare games

While not as retro as some would like, and technically not a videogame- but a videogame soundtrack with bonus DVD, I came across this today for a mere 50p.

Yep - that's the Freelancer soundtrack & bonus DVD - which tends to go for £20+ at a time online and it's in rather high demand by fans of the game.

Jeez - pretty decent lot, particularly a PS2 pad for a quid!

I don't find much these days, but got a very good condition GTA Double Pack (GTA3 and Vice City, with all the maps, and outer box) for £4 on Xbox.

Was a good haul...had more ps3 stuff too but I don't actually have a ps3 do left couple of Cod and batman games behind...which I'm now regretting!

I left a zork boxed set behind a while ago...error!

I've just managed to get the Star Wars X-Wing / Tie Fighter trilogy from my local Oxfam for £2.99. A little more than they usually charge, but I've been told so many times that they're classics, so i couldn't pass this one up.

A brand new sealed Sony PS4 Wireless Dualshock 4 for £12

I can chalk that up as a win.
