Just ordered a courier to get something into town . . . it reminded me of a terrible game that I loved at the time.

Courier Crisis on the Sega Saturn. The controls were pretty dire, as were the visuals, got pretty repetitive too. . they had my bike in the game though :D

What's this forum's general consensus about Demon's Crest? I used to love playing it as a kid, and picking it back up recently, I remembered what I read in Nintendo Power years ago that at one point DC generated negative income by being traded in more than it was being sold that year. Obviously not a stellar release. Still, I thought that game was awesome. Am I alone?

I'm a big fan of all 3 Gargoyles Quest games including Demons Crest (which looks to be the best of the 3) - Its challenging, the fact you can now transform into different forms is awesome and the boss fights rock.
I'm still quite gutted that the game managed to sell that badly though :(

I thought Maniac Pro-Wrestling on the PC Engine was great. That game never gets any love.
Also really enjoyed Wall St. Kid. Was shocked and appalled to see AVGN trashing it.

I've always, always liked Zelda 2 and TMNT for the NES, arguably the 2 most hated games of both series(on popular systems).

Throwing a real curve ball here - Grid Run, the capture-the-flag maze game on the Saturn (it was on the PS too). CVG absolutely tore it to shreds...

Got that for Xmas, and really, really like it :D

I think I'm about two-thirds of the way through it now - got distracted from the main game once I'd unlocked the three original Splatterhouse games.
My comics blog (mostly lesser-known UK stuff from the 80s and 90s)

After seeing some of the reviews I had low expectations, but it's an absolutely bloody marvellous game, I really really enjoyed it.

For anyone who liked God of War and similar hack & slash games it's essential you track this down immediately! :D

I thought Sonic Unleashed on Wii was a fine return to form. The daytime levels represented exactly what I'd been wanting from a 3D Sonic platformer since the 90s, and the werehog levels were never any less than playable, in my opinion.

Bar Williams Pinball Classics I've played all of those. I really enjoyed them all personally especially Castlevania, Mad World and especially Binary Domain.
