retro quiz

Answer the question correctly and ask on of your own (wait to make sure you get the question right though!)

1) Which Spectrum game featured a party of 4 working their way through large isometric levels? 1 was skinny, 1 was strong, 1 was clever and 1 was good at digging but rubbish at holding.

It wasn't 'Where Time Stood Still' was it?

Pyracurse; I think. The digger was a dog.

I could, of course, be wrong...

GOAL IN!

OK. Here is my question.

I am a worm in a race, avoiding spiders and ants. I descend through hell, avoiding giant wasps, and then through a house to the finish line. If my energy gets low, I can always pick up a cup of tea, or some cake.

What game am I?

Apologies if this one is a bit too easy, but trying to find a fulcrum between games rarely played and very popular is always tricky!

Certainly was. Those large 'instant death' skull spiders used to unnerve me; the way they would jerkily walk sideways, or suddenly appear on the screen and kill you right at the edge.

Anyway, SirClive; a winner is you.

Your choice of question...
