so far I have

MAgical quest 1,2,3

I don't have pinnochio yet, but am I missing any others?

The US-only Mickey's Ultimate Challenge and Donald Duck Maui Mallard in Cold Shadow look like the only ones you're missing.

Also, Marsoupalami (however it is spelled) is a Disney platformer

Maui Mallard is actually pretty good
