Just love the display of power he shows, dominating the beasts, one on each arm and another beneath him.
Id also like to nominate any of Ayami Kojimas illustrations for the castlevania series, Chronicles and SotN in particular.

Our EU release gets a zoomed in image of this for the front cover which is a shame because its missing out on some beautiful art.
I asked for orange. It gave me lemon lime!

Wow, really tough to pick a favorite, but this is one that jumps to mind (known as Guardian Legend on the NES):
