Take it this is a Virtual Console thing? Suppose it's four NES games for the price of two or something, so at least it has that going for it.

No, it's a disc-release of the SNES cart...the one WITHOUT Super Mario World.

I'm interested but I wouldn't pay much for it unless they add some more of Mario's 16bit games.

So... Four SNES games on a disc? And I thought that Sonic Classics thing on the DS was a rip-off!

I think they should have included Super Mario World too. The later versions of Super Mario All-Stars contained it, after all.

I do agree with everyone so far, it's not much for one disk... But I'll certainly get it :)

There's no 'indifferent' option.

I'm overdosed on Mario. If I want 2D, I've got the New Super games. If I want 3D, we've the Galaxy games. They're all over both Wii and DS and I've already got All Stars as part of my essential SNES collection.

Really, we just want other games, not more Mario. Some new Nintendo IP wouldn't go amiss.

Super Mario All Stars is my second favourite SNES release of all time*, for both awesome gameplay and a massive amount of nostalgia too.

Despite the fact ive still got my original All Stars upstairs on my SNES on an old CRT, ill still be getting this to play on the big TV in the living room.

While I'll still probably buy it, I would prefer updated visuals ala New SMB Wii style and a little more content including SMW.

Super Mario World with a NSMB Wii overhaul would be a must buy for me.

The games themselves don't particulary interest me but the extras you get with the package do.

what are they? I haven't heard of this before! haven't really been keeping up with video game news lately.

I love Super Mario All-Stars tho. It really is too bad that Super Mario World isn't included. Super Mario World is perhaps my favorite game of all time (not just saying that, it really is and has been for a long time, altho recently challenged by Super Mario Galaxy).

I might get this once it drops in price. Just maybe tho, I mean I already own it for SNES and you can't beat playing with a SNES pad anyway.

Bit of a cheek that they aren't bunging SMW on there as well, but I will probably buy it as well.

ah, yes.

Super Mario Collection Special Pack is set for October 21 release at ¥2,500.
