I know it gets a lot of love but my worst controller/s are the the original playstation controller & also the dual Shock controller (well any of sony's controllers includng PSP) I just dont like they way they feel in my hands and I've never been able to get along with Sony D pads.

Atari`s stick(2600,5200,7200.....etc.) was too hard to move the joystick.

BUT the Wii`s is probably the worst ergonomically when playing non motion sensor games.

Yeah, I quickly noticed that. So I bought the wonderful Classic Controller! \o/
Took me all of 5 mins to run out to the shed and bring back the gamecube controller!!!
Holy Crap mums don`t know the value of their kids VIDEO SYSTEMS!

PS controllers are the most popular but I never really liked them, maybe Sony could release a version with 6 buttons & offset analogue sticks and with actual L/R triggers?

Controllers have far far too many buttons now. It's like some games go out of their way to include functions to justify the pad layout.

[Mirror's Edge[/b] is a perfect example of "Hey, lets stick functions everywhere and force our players to learn by rote!" A simple 1 button concept becomes a nightmare of pressing A, LB, RB, B and anything else the Developer tried to throw in to punish us with.

All hail the Wiimote. Button A. Maybe Button B.

Other Developers: censored off and code your bullshit games properly!
Freestyler: A customer that's too hard to please, complains all the time and wants everything for next to nothing.

mirrors edge did pis me off in that regard
every button does something and the button you use the most ( jump ) is placed in the most inconvient place posssible the left bumper button why not the trigger which is a hell of alot more easier to grab and work then the bumper button ?
half the time i forget the controller even has them

and you cant even remap the controller
hey wait ! i got a new complaint !

I use the bumpers a LOT. I thought the controls on Mirror's Edge were damn near perfect.
