Just seeing if anyone here has an idea - did post over at Lemon64.

Unable to see any Street Fighter 2's for sale on ebay - just that I have the poster and the free Blanka badge which came with the original game. Also have a Ryu badge as well.

Does this make the value increase any?

A wizard of Wor cart sold the other day on Feebay for £51! I had no idea that some C64 stuff was worth so much. I chucked a load of the clam shell case games on ebay as the inlays were too big for my art needs, thinking I would get a fiver and they sold for £67, and the 5 llamasoft games sold for £25. :o The chap who bought them told me he had expected to pay alot more and had spent over 500euro's on one game the week before. The lot of 200 other games I had robbed of their inlays only sold for a fiver. Thinking maybe I should have left those inlays on them!! oops

Heh, well I know who bought your games then Benson, given you mention the 500 Euro game (that one WAS ultra rare). I assume the WoW was boxed now... if it was a loose cart, that's madness (cue 300 joke). Mind you, I've not seen a boxed copy go that high in a long while. Well, not the vastly more common artwork version. The ultra rare artwork version, yes...

This is my first post here so hello all :) I have been checking on these forums for some time but never registered .. But I wanted to post about some C64 I found

I found these games at a local charity shop and was hoping if you experts could tell me if they are worth anything and also if they are any good as games ?

These games are all boxed with instructions :

Wizard of Wor
Jupiter Lander
Radar Rat Race
Clowns
Space shuttle
The dam busters ( still sealed )
747 advanced flight simulator for the commodore 64
International football
Pitstop 2
Operation whirlwind
Murder on the zinderneuf
Westworld
Ghostbusters
Dark Star

The last 3 games are in very small cases and do not have instructions .. not sure if they came with them originally

Nothing really rare there... although a shot of the Wizard of Wor box might reveal something. The Commodore carts, if in good shape, should pick up a few quid, as would Pitstop II.

ACE just went on eBay for close to £50 - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... K:MEWAX:IT

Disk versions seem to command a premium, I noticed a few (from the same seller I think) over the weekend that made quite nice prices.

That was a combo disk, and I've very rarely seen that one, which probably explains the price. GGS went for more than I was expecting, especially as it was missing the manual sheet.

As for Wizard of Wor here, just wanted to check it was the common box version, which it is. Still, it's worth a few bob on eBay because boxed versions don't turn up all the time, and it's a very good game.

My lack of funds has finally forced me to (reluctantly) list my super-rare box set of Gauntlet III on Ebay...

completely nigh-on mint condition bar a few small (and barely-noticeable dents on the front)

Mint condition except for the damage.

Someone needs to read the AUP about sales here.
