At a guess, a Chinese-built NOAC based 8-bit system...?

Think the 7600 on the cartridge might point to Atari family?

Nah, odds on that's a grandiose claim to 7,600 games on the one cartridge (the Chinese clones do that a lot). The Atari machine was the 7800 and i'm not sure anybody has actually built a hardware or FPGA clone of that to date...?

Oh yeah, was going to say '7600' games, but the chances of something as horrific as that make me feel a bit sick. Can you imagine the quality?!

And just for the hell of it, because it looks nice:

Where did you find that? It's most likely a NES clone with the keyboard, mouse and lightgun extras built-in.
It's what this project is trying to develop some proper educational software for, to aid learning computer skills in the very poorest countries.

The keyboard has Microsoft Windows keys at the bottom...wonder that would do on this?
Retro is a state of mind, and cares not for your puny concepts like dates and calendars.

It will be made out of surplus PC keyboards - designing & manufacturing a new k/b would be rather expensive. I'd imagine the windows (and a few other keys) won't do anything. Deffo a NOAC , there are several around like this and those are famicom carts in the pic.

The cartridge on the right looks like an N64 cartridge.

ConsoleGoods sell similar ones to that one.

Here's some info:

Basic home computer based on a Famicom/NES clone. Should be considered as a novelty item, not a proper computer!
Simplified Windows style software included
PAL version
2 controlllers
Light gun
Euro Power supply unit
AV cable.
Plays Famicom and Famicom compatible game cartridges
