I agree about GT in MI 1&2 - as soon as he got a voice in MI3 he lost a lot of his charm,which is unusual for Lucasarts,as every other 'talkie' adventure done by them was excellently voiced

Mario - Mr Versatile himself

Samus Aran - she kicks some serious ass

The guy in the suit from the Turrican games - all those weapons tucked away in his silver suit, plus the gyroscope/spiky ball mode.

M.Bison - Best Megalomainiac dictator type in any game. Hard as nails too

Taitos cops from the chase games. - Put Miami Vice type cool on the gaming map long before GTA: Vice City came along

Sir Arthur ( Ghosts'n'Goblins) - The only character to run around in his boxers and still look great. 8)

3. Jools and Jops from Cannon Fodder, (since you start with both of them, the main aim was never to complete the game, just to see how long you could keep these guys alive for.
