MAG

Got it for the PS3 on Thursday and i can honestly say it is superb. Finally an online game where good teamwork and communication pay off. 256 player games can be a bit chaotic but the 64 and 128 player games are excellent.

I suppose a game like this is only as good as the people that play it.

Is it worth getting already having MW2?

its brilliant....a total team game. I thought Socom had a good team element about it but MAG puts it to shame.

Do you actually get 256 players in practice though, what happens in a couple of nmonths when there is no one playing it?

Well, honestly, with such a big game you're bound to have at least a couple thousand players online at any given moment.

It's a great game which is all about timework. I like it how this game is so unforgiving. Makes winning even more satisfying :)
I just hope, that they don't release new maps as paid downloadable content as it would split up the community. And yep, there are concerns, that there won't be enough players later in the lifecycle. But who knows? Right now it's just a blast :)

I got this today. I...don't really know what to think of it yet. It's quite good, plays much better than games like Battlefield BC and Frontlines, but i'm not convinced it's going to be eating into my MW2 (or ME2) game time.
