The only arcade games I've one-credited are Metal Slug and The Newzealand Story, both of which are pretty easy, really- I had to one-credit NZS because the machine I played didn't let you continue, but I now have the entire game- warps and all- memorised. There's at least one Metal Slug machine in this country that still has my name on the high score table!

I'm also untouchable at Puzzle Bobble. No-one has ever defeated me!
... Well, except for that one time I lost in the old Retro Gamer offices when I was there for work experience. Didn't want to show them up too badly.
Er, and that time my younger cousin beat me, but I let her win. Honest.

I was pretty good at

WWF Wrestlefest
NARC
The Simpsons
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Gauntlet
Final Fight

I play them all now via emulation, but back then those machines got a lot of money out of me...

Street Fighter II (no surprises there)
Gauntlet and/or Gauntlet II (when I played this with my mates, I always seemed to be tha last one standing ..... just)
Final Fight (only once, but I did complete this on one credit many years ago)

Yie Ar Kung Fu - can 1cc this, tried for the first time in ooooo easily 20 years when I got my Xbox arcade stick hooked up to me MAME PC a few weeks ago - and 1cc'd it again.
Side Arms Hyperdyne - used to be able to go a VERY long time on 1 credit, but never completed it. Now I can't get past level 3 (very tough game if you lose your weapons later on)
Black Tiger - thanks to a very boring Bulgarian holiday in 1989 and this was the only cab in the hotel lobby. Or Bulgaria, for that matter.
Wave Racer (Local bowling alley)
The Pit (ugh I was desperate)
Star Wars
Space Harrier appeared in the Leisure Centre down the road from me, and every Saturday I used to chuck 5-10 quid in it. Never completed it, used to choke around level 14 I think (widely regarded amongst experts as the level that sorts the men out from the boys).
These are the games I feel ABSOLUTELY no guilt about emulating - they've had more than my fair share of cash already!!

Samurai Showdown hands down. I think I used to play Nakoruru because I was fond of the quicker characters :D

For me, it would be:

Time Pilot
Mappy

I wasn't great at either great but I pretty much always got the high score on them when playing.

I sucked at pretty much everything else :)

I was useful at Moon Patrol - could complete the beginner course and get half way through the champion course on 1 credit - scored around 80-90K.

Yep, it was in Southport's Pleasureland before they got closed down. There was an arcade where you paid £5 to get in then all the machines were on freeplay, wonderful!

There was House of the Dead 2, Crisis Zone, 18 Wheeler, that one with the sword, another Time Crisis thing, a little bowling alley, a few racing ones - can't remember it that much, we're talking maybe five years or more ago now, but all my focus was on House of the Dead 2. Fun times!
