Bump... resurrecting my old thread.

Its been a couple of years and I've not been following pinball emulation.

Is Virtual Pinball still the emulator of choice, or are there better/other alternatives worth a look now?

I still use Virtual Pinball / VPINMAME. There may be others but that setup works fine for me.

Havent been on it for a bit because all my tables and ROMS are on my desktop PC which I havent been on since getting my new laptop.

Worth booting it up just for The Sopranos. Fantastic Stern table.

I still think Last Gladiator on the Saturn is a great little pinball game, Devils Crush (PC Engine) and Dragons Fury (Megadrive) also get a lot of play time.

Still the one of choice for me though AJs seems to be gone, I now use these sites for downloads.

Now I just need an amusing tag line.

Crue Ball on the Mega Drive springs in mind. As for the Gameboy with someone already mentioned Revenge of the Gator, I definitely add Kirby's Pinball Land. And not forgetting High Speed for the NES.

Future Pinball is worth a look if you've got the processing power.

Retrowise, my favourite Pinball game is Epic Pinball Pack 3. Awesome game with some of the best computer game music ever.
