MDK- PS1

Post by WildWillyWilson » Fri Mar 27, 2009 9:47 pm

Anybody else have this? Just found it again on You Tube and forgetting the name of it. Used to love playing it back when it first came out, great graphics and excellent soundtrack. Might have to pick it up again.

Yeah i have the PS1 version and it was and still is a great game.

The sniping aspects are an excellent addition to the game, i never finished it unfortunately and would be one that i would go back to when i eventually get my whole AV package sorted out.

I'm glad there's a lot of love for this game - I picked it up for a quid after seeing it in RG, it looks great. May fire it up this weekend.

I've got the Playstation version. I like it, but it's not a favourite game of mine....think it's a bit 'meh' to be honest :?

I thought MDK 2 on Dreamcast/PS2 was way superior to it.

I had it on the PC, seem to remember loving it, it had unique gameplay and huge open level where you could float with your strange wings.

The MDK games are great! First played it on the PC way back when and was thoroughly impressed. I don't think I actually own the first one now (will have to pick it up now that I've been reminded about it!), but I have MDK2 on the Dreamcast.

I've always been curious about this game... I remember trying the demo, but thinking it was only average. But then I heard so many good things about it...
Next time I see it, or MDK 2, I'll certainly get it. Even it's not the greatest PS1 game ever, I think it deserves a spot in my collection.
