I can shrink wrap it at work and get 10 times my money back
I can't even remember SNES games being sealed either. At least not PAL ones.n-g-m wrote:Apart from the fact there's no "red nintendo seal" on it! BTW did UK NES games ever get wrapped in shrink wrap or did they just have the black nintendo seal at the top the games? I can't remember buying anying that were shrink wrapped with the red seal at all.
Many many times - he doesn't get the message though. Those SEGA seals look battered anyway, they could have just been pulled off any game. I love how two of them at the top of the picture are sealed with... sellotape. Seriously.chewy wrote:Don't know if this has been posted before, but how stingy to charge £20 postage!![]()

Guessed it must've, being one of spence's auctions. Crazy, I never thought that things I played with as a kid would get to this.RetroBob wrote:Many many times - he doesn't get the message though. I don't think spence will be troubling Mensa's mailing list anytime soon.
Stickers are simple enough to reproduce, there are even people on ebay that sell them. At the end of the day, unless something is incontravertible then its not worth the risk at the money people pay for sealed gear. TBH I reckon the prices will fall rather than rise for sealed stuff due to the sheer number of con-artists ripping people off nowadays. With sellers like Spence.77 any sealed item is dubious purely because they've clearly been bought secondhand to sell on, so not being the original owner who bought it in the shop, he can't in any way, shape or form guarantee that an item is genuine even if he wasn't the one who resealed it.RetroBob wrote:Many many times - he doesn't get the message though. You could not buy any games and go down the pub with your mates, instead of sitting in front of a screen playing games. PROPER FUN.Liamh1982 wrote:Remember the sealed NES game collector who was in the mag a few months ago? That actually made my heart sink - someone could be playing those and having PROPER FUN!
