I personally wouldn't touch any auction where the seler is hiding their feedback. The fact that it's a raffle is another good reason not to touch it.
The thing is that he's selling 10 "tickets" for a fiver each. If he advertised it with 18 games for £50 he'd probably sell it anyway, what's the point ?

The eBay feedback system is the most farcial system ever created. In a lot of cases it is totally meaningless. You will generally find that most sellers with a 100% feedback rating are those that won't leave feedback until its been left for them. Therefore avoiding having a negative left for them as they will simply return the 'favour'.
This is against all eBays rules but they do it anyway! e.g. i am writing this on my brand new £799 laptop which i bought from an eBay shop a few weeks ago. Has the seller left me feedback for my instant 'Buy it Now' payment. Of course they haven't.
The system gives the likes of non payers the opportunity of leaving sellers a negative. You can obviously get it removed thats if you have the appropriate court order.....
And don't get me started on the Watchers....grrrrr!!!

I know what you mean about Feedback, but there is a reason for the buyer to leave feedback first and that is to indicate that everything has gone well with the sale. I feel quite "left open" to abuse if i put feedback right away to a buyer ... What if through no fault of my own the package goes missing or if the buyer is fraudster .. I suppose it is amost like having an insurance policy ...
