I'd completely forgotten about this book until this morning whilst browsing another site & after checking http://zxgoldenyears.com, I see...

April 16 Update: I've just finished writing the LAST PAGE IN THE BOOK!!! WOOHOO!
(and only three and a half months later than I wanted)...

Editing will be done over the next two to three weeks, and then it's off to the printers..

Thanks for the patience and support everybody!
Good news indeed. I'm really looking forward to this. :)

It's certainly taken a while, but should be worth the wait :D

Didn't he email all the people who pre-ordered? Could've sworn I'd had one from him.

I've got it preordered and didn't get an email - unless my mail client has spammed it...

Yep, just checked. This came in on the 17th:
Good news everyone…

I’ve finished the book. Next up is the editing (2-3 weeks), followed by the printing…

See the website for details. (www.zxgoldenyears.com)

Thanks

Andrew

Cheers PSJ, I'm not in the habit of using the WoS forums.

With luck Andrew will update the main site again anyway.

Anyone heard from Andrew on this? Last update on the site was August.

I was thinking about it on the way to work and now its bugging me, yet there's not much I can do to follow up from here. I've checked WoS and there's nothing on the old thread.

Wow - looks like an awesome book, might have to get a copy, even though I never had a Spectrum.
