Could you elaborate on this please. Being a big fan I don't want to waste cash buying it if there's any problems...

Thanks. Appreciated.

Basically, when you die, it randomly skips to another section after the resurrection animation. It's unplayable.

So many bad games....so little time. Heres my tuppence worth!

Lure of the Temptress (Amiga) - Stuck for about 6 months before i discovered that to progress you had to look through a window and overhear a conversation....very not logical!

Tomb Raider (PS1) - Looked great until the camera angle shifted yet again just as you reached the edge of a ledge...and as for the unkillable bloke with the machine gun!!

Sonic the Hedgehog (Megadrive) - How many more times much i say this...you couldn't save!!

Oh and anything, on any format with FIFA in front of it....sprint up the wing...deliver a pinpoint cross...overhead kick into the net and all without touching a button.

So, so true!

There was one really shitty (I am fully aware that ALL of the games on this compilation were censored) adventure on the Spectrum version which required you to collect enough gold so that you could somehow withstand an attack by a dragon.

My mate and I never did manage to find enough gold, and always got caught by the dragon, which presented you with the message;

"Stand by, stand by, stand by. But you haven't got enough, so bye bye"

Anyway... Back on topic.

The worst game I have ever played has to go to this:

It's Postern's "Dinky Digger" for the Spectrum. Stupidly high difficulty, and a truly terrible tune which plays at the start of each life, and can't be skipped, make it my vote for the worst game of all time.

Not only is it a terriible Dig Dug clone, it's a terrible game full stop.

ET on the 2600 !!:)

Rise of the Robots (any format)

Transformers on the Speccy - I could never understand exactly what you had to do!

Damn, is that 3 already?!!

I've got loads more!!

1) Complete Onside Soccer - PS1 (It was definitely complete something)

2) Footballer of the Year - BBC Micro (I loved the C64 version. They cut out all the graphics for the BBC version and made you play matches in text  )

3) Double Dragon - C64 cassette version (When the instuction manual basically starts off by saying "We're sorry that we've made a really poor game" then you know you've wasted your money)
"He who lives only to benefit himself confers on the world a benefit when he dies."

Charlie's Angels (PS2)
New York Warriors (Amiga)
Robo Pit (PSone)
After Burner (C64)

Naming Resident Evil, Tomb Raider and GTA 1 as the worst games ever must be a joke, imo.
