Be it title screen music, main game music, or end game music what is the best, for example turrican 2's open music is great as well as R - Types loading screen music.

Your opinions wil be very helpful. 8)

LED Storm. I always thought it was a shame that the Amiga had so much sample-based music as you rarely got to hear just what the sound chip could do. Tim Follin's beautiful LED Storm music is a good example.

I've always liked the Alien Breed title music (Allister Brimble did quite a lot of good stuff), and The Settlers was great.

Psygnosis had good music on a lot of their games.

Cannon Fodder, also had a brilliant title tune, obviously.

May as well close the thread now.

Agony has a nice piano piece thats a change from the usual miggy sampled sound.

The Intro music for Xenon 2 by Bomb The Bass is amazing for a 16 Bit Computer. I also like the In-Game music as well for this game.

All the tunes from Astaroth. Must be listened to as one long medley.

Turrican 1, 2 and 3 all have fantastic soundtracks from beginning to end, easily my favourite for the system and T2 is pretty much my fav soundtrack of all time.
Rainbow Islands and Treasure Island Dizzy's main tunes were another couple of my favourites, as was the title screen to Switchblade 2 (To bad the rest of the game had no music)

Anything by Chris Huelsbeck is a winner for me.

The Turrican games and soundtracks are among my favourites - incredibly atmospheric at times.

Jesus on E's lol. I know it's just sampled loops but I do love that demo.

World of Commodore demo by Sanity has some cracking tunes also, along with most Spaceballs demos like 9 fingers and State of the Art.

Games wise, Apidya is good. Also agree that Dune has a good soundtrack, as does the sequel Dune II. I could literally be here all night reeling off my favourite Amiga tunes. :)

Title rock track on the intro to Garrison was a good one...

DOTC music is always going to be fondly remembered aswell... "Dah dah de dah, dah dah de dah, dah dah dah dah daaaah dah de dah.. etc..." :)

there are so many to choose from that just one is a crime.

Has to be Turrican's theme music. More often than not, i find myself whistling it at work and people ask me what it is.
Another has to be Fire & Ice. that music is quite simply brilliant and to have Cool Coyote playing the piano is an equally nice touch too.
one more, has to be without a doubt, Shadow Of The Beast. Beautiful, atmospheric and haunting. just excellence in music form

My cousin could knock up a mean tracker tune in minutes. Amazed me. Not generally the brightest of lads, he knew music inside out and could twist samples every which way. Did a most excellent remix of 808 State's In Yer Face in a half meg so I could play it on my ST.

I used to love Magic Pockets music with Betty Boo samples! It was great at the time to save music that close to an actual song on a floppy disc!
Gods had great music too, Xenon 2, hey all the Bitmap Brothers games for that matter!
