I always wanted to play a beat-em-up with interactable environments and building you could enter/exit while fighting. For example throwing people into/out of the screen through windows/walls, etc. Or throwing somebody into tables to cause more damage. Also using walls etc to bounce heads off.

How about Yie Ape Kung fu?

You have to fight you way through an assortment of primates and the further you progress, the harder your apponent becomes. You start off fighting small monkeys like the marmoset, capuchin monkeys and ring tailed lemurs. You then progress to more acrobatic beasts such as the spider monkey and Gibbon. Then you get to fight baboons, chimps and orangutans before the final boss, the almighty silver-back gorilla! :D

"My Dad's Bigger than Your Dad"

A one on one fighting game where my dad fights lots of other people's dads. I'll talk to him today about doing the motion capture.

Need for violence. CombaTribes had some nasty moves - head jump, rib kick, smashing the head into the floor.

History Fighter

50 of the most infamous historical figures beat the crap out of each other in a duel to the death. It would also have a training mode that allows you to repeatedly pumel Tony Blair's smug face in till one's heart is content.

Actually, I think it was presented by Paul Jones (ex singer from the Manfreds). My brother was once in the audience. 8)

How about "Girl's Gone Wild" Fighter where drunk girlies rip off each other clothes while beating the hell out of them via face slaps, hair pulls, etc .. could be very popular ! .. could design some great "special moves" to be included too

titillation and violence ? .. hey that combination never fails !
