I can't wait until I am 40 when my girlfriend takes me to japan for my birthday. After the Ghibli museum, Super Potato is at the top of my list

And don't forget to undergo some Japanese language lessons.

I loved Super Potato (went in 2006). It's on the first floor of a building off the main street. We didn't know it was there but (genius marketing) they were playing the Super Mario music from the window.
I should have bought the Japanese Vectrex they had. Still kicking myself for that. They have EVERYTHING though. I loved the 64DD discs that they'd made into keychains.
Here's a crafty snap I took with my phone (that's my wife who, given all the playable machines on offer, was playing on a bloody megadrive clone!).

I'm also going to Japan when I'm 40, as promised by my wife! How queer!

Most of my import Saturn and PCE collection originates from here - most of 'em still have the shop stickers on

I'll try my hardest to get a work placement in Japan at uni just for that shop.
