I would say all of Kings grab moves from Tekken but my favorite was the DDT from Tekken 2 - so easy to pull off but caused wicked damage.

King and Nina reversals in Tekken.

The Headbutt from Double Dragon.

The block/catch moves from Double Dragon on the SNES.

The jump on the head move in CombaTribes.

The sliding kick in FEAR.
Crown the wise, harness the talented and cherish the lucky.

Leon's roundhouse kick from RE4 when the zombies get too close and he manages to take a head off.

A couple of times, and it always felt great, especially if you could lay them both out again as soon as they got up. I tried that millions of times, only managed once.

I used play a lot of Championship Wrestling on the C64, I really enjoyed being able to pick up the other guy, spin him around above your head then heave him out of the ring. It was the first (and pretty much only) wrestling game I played.

Any of the Tekken grab moves from the side-Hwoarrang's/Law's are a fave!
Perfect timing for a shoryuken!
IK+ when two players knock each other out at the same time!
Capcom's crazy special moves from any of their 'Marvel/Xmen/Street Fighter/Capcom crossover's!

Iori's Maiden Masher super special in the KOF games (IMO the best beat em up series)

Some of the quotes he comes out with are great - "You cry, you scream, then you die!"
