No it isn't. The 3do's pad input is a little weird for the time, MD pads will not work at all.

Policenauts was released on the 3do. It has some different animation sequences and art than the PS1 and Saturn versions, but it is pretty much the same.

Burn:Cycle wasn't released on the 3do. If you really want to play it you could install windows 3.1 on dosbox and play the PC version through that.
