Time Pilot
Ghosts n Goblins
Vendetta
Midnight Resistance
Outrun
HyperSports
Karate Champ
Double Dragon
Bomb Jack
Daytona USA
They're the first ones that came to mind and probably hold both the fondest memories and the largest number of my 10p's.
Edit: But see, now I've remembered the D&D games, King of Dragons, and loads of others and I'm all confused, I don't think its possible to pick just ten so I'm just going to stick with my original list instead of taking up half the page.

Street Fighter II - Played it to death, nothing else needs to be said
WWF Wrestlefest - Was the best Wrestling game out there pre Smackdown series
Super Sidekicks 2 - I must've played this game to death in the arcades. Was fun and looked so special
Mortal Kombat 3 - The first Mortal Kombat game I ever got into, enjoyed it immensely and was a master at Kabal
Outrunners - I LOVED this game in the arcades. Something about having teh radio makes it cool. Emulation doesn't do it justice
Aqua Jet - Before Namco gimmicked with bikes and the like, I played this game loads. I was blown away by the graphics and the music was instantly hummable.
Decathelete - Too young to remember track and field, this was a more than adequate alternative
Final Fight - Not as good as street fighter, but loved the continue screen!
Soul Edge - Personally, I preferred it to both Tekken and the later games. I played this to death and still love the music from it.
The Simpsons - Best game based on a TV show ever? Probably.

Well, the arcades around here suck so most "arcade games" (i.e. Street Fighter) I've only experienced at home. However, of the few I have played, these are probably my favourite:
1- Time Crisis 2 (my record is beating it with only getting hit once)
2- House of the Dead
3- House of the Dead 2
4- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
5- Time Crisis 4. Okay, so at least they have on-rails shooters here.
6- Puzzle Bobble
7- Pang
8- Raiden Something. I think. Vertical shooter.
9- Killer Instinct
10- New Zealand Story
I'll admit the list is crap, but keep in mind that there are maybe five other games I've played more than once in arcades that don't make it and nothing else.
