I agree with this, with the caveats that:
1. It must be a photo-shoot;
2. It must be done in Australia;
3. We are given a good two weeks to 'get into the vibe', and;
4. Imagine pays for everything.

Santa? Is that a typo? The n should be at the end?

I'd wait 3 months for a full issue of Retrogamer dedicated to that delightful game: Santa's Christmas Capers
Yes that was sarcasm...

People generally don't think much about imports or where things come from. A Christmas issue on the shelves in February would look dated and would likely be ignored by the majority of casual buyers.[/quote]
It's Christmas & we want a festive Christmas cover with an Atari, Speccy & C64 under a ruddy big tree covered in snow with all the trimmings, so i say to hell with the casual overseas buyer!
It's the season for giving, so let's put the hardcorers first.
"Conan, what is best in life?"
"Crush your enemies, see them driven before you and hear the lamentation of their women."

Sorry to go back to this but surely readers or non readers that stand at the news stand in the European countries that make up 75% of sales are more likely to buy a mag a Christmas that looks Christmasy.?
This would probably more than cancel out any drop in sales in the other 25% .?
Sorry but only just came to this thread and that was what i thought.
It is a British mag after all.
