Excellent! Not only does it have snow, it has sparkly snow, and a nice matte cover!

Very well done!

It didn't...Darran got me a glue gun for Christmas.

We're still waiting for our copies though - they didn't turn up Friday, so you guys have seen the cover before us :(

Reading the mag is like holding sandpaper :(

Bah, humbug! ;)

The week after I give away my ZX81, you feature it so ebay prices rocket...

Someone post a goddamn scan, I won't get mine for another 3 weeks or so :(

Let me guess, the snow was sprayed on only for the UK readership? :D

I am a big fan of the cover. The Nights image is superb and probably one of my top 3 covers so far.

BUT...

The snow just looks rubbish. It looks like a spray and not snow.
A for effort, but only a C- for execution from me I'm afraid.

I said that the cover is superb. Especially with the ZX81 on there. But the snow don't look like snow. It looks more like mist. I'm greatful for the effort though.

Even real snow doesn't look like snow.

It looks like phantom ethereal monster demon clouds coming at us with hypermega ice force to eat our 1ups...

I'm going for a lie down now....

Well, c'mon, how many old games had snow that looked like snow? So it's kinds right that the snow doesn't look like snow... I think. :|

Christmas cover, sparkly snow, and a ZX81 feature - best xmas present ever! (apart from that zx81 when I was 10)
