So it's at least partially working, because there's also a not saying this:

No mention of cancelling subs, though, but that's problee part of the "suspend or change" option that's for now greyed-out.

Quite a bit confusing, because somewhere else on the page it's also saying

which obviously refers to issue 212 that's missing in the list above. But at least it does seem for now there won't be a skipped issue, hoefully.
Though still no clue when 211 will arrive and/or if delivery routes might have improved with the change of service... guess I'll have to wait and see.
In your specific case, my best guess is that your subscription will already have been renewed at this time for the amount of issue your original deal was set for, as new orders seem to start with 213, like you said.
