I'm glad you confirmed that, since I looked at a couple of unopened back issues and determined that must be it as the only constant. Hopefully it all works out and I get the electronic copy, though the hard copy of the latest issue dropped through the door today.
No problem. Hope you get your digital mag soon, and in the meantime enjoy the hard copy. :)

Same problem for me, I have a short number, a big space, a 15 digit code and then my address. No subscriber number beginning with 4 and I have recycled the previous papers with my address on so no chance of seeing if they ever had the number on them.

I've been a subscriber since issue 2 and when I set up a new DD in 2010 the subscriber number I was given (not beginning with a 4) is only 4 digits long. I've submitted the question on the contact form so hopefully I can get it sorted that way.

It's worth filling out the form at the link below too if you haven't already. :)

Good news, a postcard arrived in the post today from future with my subscriber number in so I've been able to register.

Issue 2 eh? That's the only one I don't have, I started buying with issue 3. (me issue 1 is the reprint version that was given away years ago) - I also have the Retro Survival CD that was the 'missing' Issue 19!

With no phone support at the mo I think your only option is to fill in the form below - if you haven't done that already, and hopefully that will register an account to your email address.

The only thing is that I'm not sure if submitting the form kicks off an automated process or if someone working from home has to vet the information and then set-up your account.

Will keep my fingers crossed.

Yea, I found issue 1 by chance in WHSmiths all those years ago and snapped it up. I (and ovine) make a brief appearance in issue 2 also. Would hate to miss and issue!

Just a quick question- how far in advance of magazine release do I need to have updated my address?

Another question. How far post release of the mag will the team be looking for updated addresses to send the digital copy to? As a subscriber since issue 3, it's been a long time since I had to update my details.

Log on to your account at www.myfavouritemagazines.co.uk, click the link that says: 'Replace an issue', tick the box next to issue 205 and finally click the 'Replace' button. :)

The 'Replace an issue' link must disappear when your sub expires. But as luck would have it there's a sub deal on just now to get your first five issues for £5 - see link below. Why not resubscribe to take advantage of the deal and then get issue 205 replaced when your sub is renewed and the link reappears. Just a thought.

Now that restrictions are being lifted in the UK, when can we expect the backlog of subscriber issues to be posted out internationally? I am in The Republic of Ireland and the last issue I received in the post was 205.
