It says there regarding overseas-shipping: "Contact us if you have not received your magazine 14 days after UK on-sale date".

Is this a joke? I would have needed to contact them for EVERY issue I received in the last 5 years. It has gotten worse now, I did never receive my regular subscription copies of 189 and 190. And 191 is already nearly 4 weeks overdue as well. What good is a subscription if the issues do not arrive? I've said before that I'll gladly pay MORE for my subscription if a reliable and fast shipping service is being used.

Based on the fact that my Edge subscription always is arriving significantly faster and even more so in the last few months (e.g. about 1 week vs. over 5 weeks for RG issues) despite not even costing all that much more (less than 1 Euro per issue, in fact), clearly it should be possible for Future to arrange something like that if they even care a little bit. Which they obviously don't, sad but true.

LOL, I know right? I can count on one hand the number of issues I've ever gotten within 14 days, and I probably wouldn't need all the fingers, and that's going back maybe a decade or more.

Would be nice if the company notified me when a recurring subscription payment is going out. I know it's not mega bucks but an email or text would be nice.

Hi,

First time poster here. This might be the wrong forum but I don't know there else to put it. Also, I realize this is very late. So my question is: Is there any place to purchase missing issues without having to pay exorbitant prices on ebay?

I am an international subscriber and never received #200. I contacted CS late November and was promised a that replacement issue would be shipped shortly. I did not receive the issue and contaced CS late December by mail. I wrote that I was still missing issue 200 but also mentioned in passing that issue 201 was late. However I said that this was just due to the Christmas month rush.

A few days later I received an email saying that a replacement issue had been dispatched. However, this was issue 201 which I only mentioned in passing and never asked for. I wrote again and was told that issue 200 was not in stock and nothing could be done despite previous promises, I received the regular issue 201 early January and the replacement a bit ago. So now I have 2 issues of 201 and no issue 200.

So my question is – is there any way to actually get a paper issue of 200 that I was promised? Is there a used mag forum? Or is ebay the only way to purchase a paper copy?

I've not read my issue 200 yet, but I tend to sell my old issues when I'm done with them, and so would be interested if there's a thread on here where it's permitted to sell back issues and hence avoid ebaying them :)

Read the AUP though. There's a minimum 50 posts for new users before they're allowed to sell here for example.

There's nothing to stop you just messaging each other - but as far as making a For Sale thread in the trading section, then yes there's a 50 post minimum, it's intended to fend off scammers.

Thank you for your replies. I've had a cold lately so I haven't been much online. :)

Hi, legooolas.

If you want to sell your issue when you are done with it, you are very welcome to send me a PM. :D
