Looking forward to the new issue. Not a fan of SID music so the cd won’t do anything for me but a nice touch for others.
You could always poke your fingers through the cones of your speakers and damage them beyond repair... it may sound more like a Spectrum then :D
Hahhaha nice comeback !

To be honest i dont normally listen to any computer soundtrack type stuff in the car, love podcasts but just not computer tunes. Anyway roll on the new issue
I don't think this is SID music, I think it's synth remixes so 'proper' music rather than chiptunes. Though I could be wrong.

Can't quite tell by zooming the photo - does this issue cost £1 more for the CD?

Yes. It's 5.99. Usually this specials are more expensive in retail (the same was with the NY issue that came with the calendar). But if you're a subscriber you'll get it for no extra charge.
Also yesterday got email that my copy is on the way! *EXCITEMENT*

What's on the CD? TBH this probably isn't my personal cuppa in regards to content, but I do like game soundtrack music :)

This is looking to be a scourcher of an issue and the gifts are an added bonus. I have yet to play the CD and may already have many of the tracks in my collection bought from C64audio but shall enjoy it none the less. The poster is nice as well, it’s a shame about the passing of artist Bob Wakelin this is a nice little tribute to his work.
I’m looking forward to reading many of the articles in this one :D .

My only gripe is that my issue has the first 34 pages inset by approx 10mm, this makes the text near the centre a little hard to read as the usual border there is cut away meaning the text runs in to the fold.

Great to see the cover CD making a comeback - Will probably have most of the tracks already, but I love anything c64 music related. Nice poster as well, and (having a quick look through) loads of articles that will keep me occupied. Great issue all round - well done guys!
