Damaged Issues

Post by Darran@Retro Gamer » Mon Oct 09, 2017 9:15 am

Hi everyone, we're trying to sort out the problem with damaged subscriber issues.
If you've received a damaged (scored) issue recently can you let us know your name and county so we can investigate a little further.

Jamie Thompson, Hertfordshire

My last three issues (171,172,173) all displayed the same 2 inch 45% scoring mark on the front cover on the right hand side.

Photos can be seen on my thread: 'A Question for Subscribers (magazines now sent out damaged?)'

I offered to return them for a 'new copy', but was told this wasn't necessary and that a replacement issue would be sent. One arrived, one never did and one is still pending!

A bit late to the party on this, just checked and I have marks on the covers as described. Not enough to tear, but the marks are clear enough when you're looking for them.

Rob Arnold Wiltshire

I've had the same diagonal score on issues 169-173 though the last one was less noticeable.
