Without any doubt it has to be Solaris. A game so advanced and so beautiful that you will never quite believe it's running on an Atari 2600.

I've always loved Kaboom by Activision. One of the greatest "in the zone" games of all time.

Lots to choose from there, it's a toss up between Pitfall and Adventure, two ground breaking games for their own reasons.

It's got some classics for sure, and for me depends on whether we talking single or multiplayer. I think for me it has to be Missile Command for single player addiction :)

Pitfall.

It was a final nail in the coffin for the old Atari management attitude that individual programmers weren't important & that they were disposable

Frostbite - because it's the one game I'm brilliant at! It also happens to be a crazy addictive game with a superb learning curve - plus magic fish!

River Raid.

Dead easy to pick up and play, no messing, no fuss plus it looks as good as it plays!

River raid for me, it would still be in my top 50 games of all time the amount of hours I've spent on it.

It has to be Adventure. My older brother and I used to play for hours. Well he used to play and I would always watch. My other favourate has to be Street racer, good memories playing this as a family. They were the days.

I agree. I was to answer "Beamrider" but Frostbite was more addictive.
